Family / Surprises / Traditions

Karla Hoppe
Adam Washousky
This past Thanksgiving our family was blessed with the news that my younger sister and her husband are having a baby! It was not only a blessing but a beautiful surprise. It made Thanksgiving all the more special. Families were brought together and celebrations were in order.
After Thanksgiving we all spent the holidays in our respected states from NY-FL-CA-MA-MN Yes we're wide spread. This Christmas we vowed to keep our family traditions alive and well. Making cookies, hanging holiday lights and making a beautiful Italian Feast made us all seem close this past Christmas despite the mileage betwen us.
As the new year starts, 2020 is a year of understanding, moving forwards, blessings, love, abundance and crushing goals. I'm thankful for my family, my God, my boo. I'm excited to start 2020 healthy and prosperous and wish all the same!

Running through life together

Adam Washousky
The feeling of joy one gets from finding a partner with similar goals, ideas, beliefs, values and morals is unmatched. May god continue to bless us all and guide us through life as we experience the natural beauties and wonders of this world.

Fitness

Fitness
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. From a gYm rat, to sports & everything in between I've achieved and crushed goals I've set for myself. As I've aged my priorities have changed from being the biggest / strongest power lifter to a more practical approach one that I've seen my brother and my brother in law adopt. A few years ago my brother started the Keto diet. He did it hard. He's a "Keto Carnivore" and his belief in this popular diet has influenced his family to take on the keto life. My brother-in-law share same fitness goals as my brother although not full time keto we take on part-time keto. With the motivation and friendly competition we share our goals, workouts, diets, and approaches to fitness. Great spending week with these two, stay grinding. No pain no gain gentlemen.

Pursue Your Passion

Adam Washousky

All is not lost. When we fail at something we learn and get better. Finding you passion is hard. You will fall and fail along the way. That's Murphy's Law. Don't blame yourself or others. Just keep pursuing your passion once you discover it. Don't allow others to steer you one way or another. If you passion is helping people...wake up everyday and help people through volunteering or giving a smile to a stranger to make their day. If your passion is loving be a lover of all things. If you passion is fitness go to the gym and don't quit when the lactic acid in your muscles is boiling over. Don't let the little things get to you because they will. Think in abundance. Think in attraction. You will attract great things. It's happened to me personally. I've been through some of the worst things in life and the better things in life. I found myself at my lowest. I never lost sight of my passion.
Find it and pursue it. You can have multiple passions to pursue but that one that keeps you up at night and wakes you every morning is your true calling.
Wishing all Peace and Love.

Keep it simple find your Symmetry

Starting working out at a young age my buddies and I always worked on our upper-bodies. We we're top heavy to say the least. Long chicken legs, ripped upper body. 2 things I've learned from body-building is to stretch and strive to find symmetry.
Great Leg work out below:
  1. Squats. 4 Sets 4 Reps / Mirror your body-weight (increase 10lbs per week)
  2. Jump Squats: No Weight / Wide Stance / 4 sets of 100
  3. Lunges: 4 sets / 25lb plate each arm 35lb plate each arm 40lb plate each arm 45lb plate each arm
  4. Straight-Leg Deadlift. 6 Sets 6 Reps / Find your comfort zone and break it up / go big!
